2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. GreatWhite Wins is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.

3. Lottery Ticket Purchases

1. Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. Once a transaction is confirmed, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Cutoff Times: Tickets must be purchased before the official draw cutoff time (typically 15-30 minutes before the draw). Purchases attempted after this time will be applied to the next available draw.
3. Ticket Ownership: The person named on the account is the sole owner of the ticket. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold.

4. Claims and Prize Payments

Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the official game rules for each specific lottery draw.

• Small Prizes (Under $1,000): Will be automatically credited to your GreatWhite Wins player account.
• Major Prizes ($1,000+): Require a manual verification process. Winners will be contacted by our support team to verify identity and arrange for payment via bank transfer or cheque.
• Jackpots: Division 1 winners may be required to participate in publicity events as a condition of receiving the prize, subject to provincial regulations.

5. Responsible Gaming

We are dedicated to providing a safe gaming environment. Players have the option to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. You may also self-exclude from our platform for a specific period or permanently.

6. Limitation of Liability

GreatWhite Wins Inc. is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost internet connections, or errors in data transmission that may prevent a ticket purchase from being processed. In the event of a system error, our liability is limited to the refund of the ticket purchase price.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
